Here is a great air conditioner tip. Managing your air conditioner is important as we continue through this hot summer. The system that cools your apartment is designed to cool the inside of your apartment up to 35 degrees lower than the outside temperature. For example, if the temperature is 112 degrees outside, the air temperature is able to cool to 77 degrees inside. To maintain your comfort, do not set your thermostat at 60 degrees, this will cause your system to overwork and freeze up. Instead, set your thermostat no lower than 75 degrees while you are home, and raise it to 85 degrees when you leave your apartment.

We all want to enjoy our community, so please be aware of these important reminders. Washing your vehicle on community property is prohibited. Hoses are not allowed to be hooked up to any of the buildings at any time. Also, please remember our pool rules: proper swimwear is required in the swimming pools at all times, no alcohol or glass containers allowed in the pool area. Thank you for your cooperation.

We know you love your bike, so be sure to keep it safe. Your community management staff is not responsible for stolen bicycles. We highly recommend storing your bicycle indoors to prevent theft.
